PRIVACY POLICY

PicNow Privacy Policy

We process data only as needed for generation, accounts, public sharing, support, safety, and product operation, and explain the purpose and retention of each category.Updated August 19, 2026 · Effective August 19, 2026

1. Information we process

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an identity identifier and any authorized name or email. We store profile details you provide. To generate images, we process uploaded photos, the selected Skill, request details, task status, and outputs. We also process installation identifiers, purchases, interactions, visibility choices, device and app information, errors, and support messages needed to operate and protect the service. Feedback never automatically includes your photos.

2. How we use information

We use information to generate and store images, provide accounts, profiles, public works, favorites and privacy controls, calculate free use and credits, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, respond to support, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. The first release uses aggregate App Store Connect statistics rather than PicNow user-level growth tracking. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

3. Retention

Input images are generally retained for seven days after the related task finishes and are then deleted or de-identified. Generated results and task records remain until you delete them. Support records are kept for a reasonable period needed for resolution, audit, and improvement. Account deletion removes or de-identifies linked personal information except records required for security, finance, disputes, or law.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Cloud storage, image-generation, identity, diagnostics, payment, and hosting providers may process the minimum data needed under our instructions. We do not share data as a commercial sale. We may disclose necessary information when legally required or to protect users and resolve infringement or safety issues. Material new analytics, advertising, or cross-border arrangements will be disclosed before use where required.

5. You control public visibility

Successful results are public by default for signed-in users. You can make an individual task private and control public works and favorites in Privacy Management. Public content may be viewed, shared, or saved by others, so avoid publishing sensitive personal information.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access and correct profile information, change privacy settings, delete tasks, and delete your account in the product. You may also request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an explanation through Help & Feedback. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before it.

7. Children

If you are below the minimum age under applicable law, use PicNow only with a parent or guardian’s consent and guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. Contact us if you believe this has happened.

8. Security, updates, and contact

We use access controls, protected transmission, and least-privilege practices, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will give reasonable notice of material policy changes. For privacy requests or complaints, use Help & Feedback in the PicNow app or visit the support page.
