Open Settings → Help & Feedback. PicNow includes app, system, and device information for diagnosis, but never attaches your photos automatically.
Are credits charged when a task fails?
Credits are deducted when the task starts and automatically returned only if generation fails. Active tasks can be cancelled from their task page.
How many photos can I select?
A Skill-specific limit takes priority. Without one, iOS allows up to nine photos in one selection.
Are my works public?
No. Inputs, generated results, task records, and favorites are private. PicNow does not create public profile or work links.
How does sync work?
Apple identity protects private service data, while generated images also sync through your private iCloud database when available.
Which sign-in method is supported?
The iOS app uses Sign in with Apple and never receives your Apple password.
