Open Settings → Help & Feedback. PicNow includes app, system, and device information for diagnosis, but never attaches your photos automatically.
Are credits charged when a task fails?
Credits are deducted when the task starts and automatically returned only if generation fails. Submitted tasks cannot be cancelled.
How many photos can I select?
A Skill-specific limit takes priority. Without one, iOS allows up to nine photos in one selection.
What can guests use?
Guests can generate images, open Settings, and read legal pages. Likes, favorites, profiles, sharing, purchases, and privacy management require sign-in.
How do I control public works?
Successful signed-in results are public by default. Open a task to make it private, and use Privacy Management for profile works and favorites.
Which sign-in methods are supported?
PicNow supports Sign in with Apple and Google. Your account is created from the authorization; PicNow never receives your Apple or Google password.
