1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using PicNow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Signing in confirms that agreement without a separate checkbox. Guests may generate images and read settings and legal pages; publishing, likes, favorites, profile editing, sharing, purchases, and privacy controls require sign-in.
2. Accounts and sign-in
PicNow supports Sign in with Apple and Google. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure and for activity performed through them. Do not impersonate others, trade accounts, or evade access and usage limits. You may delete your account in the app; data is then handled under the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention and anonymization.
3. Image generation and Skills
A Skill is a guided image-generation experience. Unless a Skill specifies another limit, iOS allows up to nine input images. Results depend on inputs, model capability, and randomness, so PicNow does not promise a particular outcome or fitness for a specific purpose. Credits are returned when a task fails; submitted tasks cannot be cancelled.
4. Free use, subscriptions, and credits
Non-subscribers currently receive up to two free generations before the paywall. Monthly subscriptions grant renewable credits, while purchased credit packs do not expire. One generated image normally costs one credit, but the current server-displayed rule controls. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the purchase screen and applicable App Store rules.
5. Works, profiles, and favorites
Signed-in users’ successful results are public by default. You can make a task private and control whether profile works and favorites are public in Privacy Management. You keep rights you lawfully hold in inputs and outputs and grant PicNow a non-exclusive license needed to generate, store, display, share, and analyze the service.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content. Do not attack the service, automate abuse, or bypass controls. PicNow may restrict generation, remove content, suspend accounts, and preserve required records. 7. Service changes and liability
PicNow may update Skills, models, credit rules, and features, or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or events beyond reasonable control. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free output from networks, third parties, or generation models.
8. Updates and contact
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes in the app or by another suitable method. For questions, submit Help & Feedback in the PicNow app or visit the support page.
