Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA)
1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using PicNow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. PicNow is a private image-generation tool. It does not publish user profiles, generated works, favorites, comments, or other user content.
2. Apple identity and private sync
The iOS app uses Sign in with Apple to protect private service data and purchases, and uses the private database of your iCloud account to sync generated images. PicNow does not offer public user profiles. Ordinary users sign in with Apple; a dedicated test account is available to App Review. Keep your devices and Apple account secure and do not evade access or usage limits.
3. Image generation and Skills
A Skill is a guided image-generation experience. Unless a Skill specifies another limit, iOS allows up to nine input images. Results depend on inputs, model capability, and randomness, so PicNow does not promise a particular outcome or fitness for a specific purpose. Credits are returned when a task fails; active tasks can be cancelled from their task page.
4. Free use, subscriptions, and credits
Non-subscribers currently receive up to two free generations before the paywall. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and refresh their included credits each billing period; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the purchase screen and App Store rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.
5. Private works and licenses
Inputs, generated results, task records, and favorites remain private. PicNow does not create public links for them. You keep rights you lawfully hold in inputs and outputs and grant PicNow only the limited, non-exclusive license needed to process, store, restore, and support the service.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or dangerous content. Do not attack the service, automate abuse, or bypass controls. PicNow may restrict generation, remove private content from its service, suspend access, and preserve records required by law.
7. Service changes and liability
PicNow may update Skills, models, credit rules, and features, or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or events beyond reasonable control. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free output from networks, third parties, or generation models.
8. Updates and contact
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes in the app or by another suitable method. For questions, submit Help & Feedback in the PicNow app or visit the support page.
